Shloka Mehta channels chachi-saas Tina Ambani’s elegance with Ambani family’s heritage ‘Kaliganthi’ neckpiece- Homevior

Shloka Mehta, the daughter-in-law of Indian billionaires Mukesh and Nita Ambani, has consistently showcased impeccable fashion sense, balancing her roles as a devoted wife to Akash Ambani and a loving mother to their children, Prithvi and Veda. During the recent celebrations of her brother-in-law Anant Ambani and his fiancée Radhika Merchant, Shloka dazzled with her stunning wardrobe choices at the pre-wedding, wedding, and post-wedding events.

For the mehendi ceremony of Anant and Radhika, Shloka Mehta embraced a golden paan tissue silk sari adorned with intricate zari work and heart-shaped embroidery along the border.The sari was paired with a matching half-sleeved blouse and a vibrant parrot green dupatta. This elegant creation was from the House Of Masaba, designed by Masaba Gupta, and was valued at Rs. 60,000.
To complement her sari, Shloka wore heirloom silver and gold jewellery from her grandmother. Her ensemble featured the Kaliganthi neckpiece, a cherished Gujarati heritage piece displayed at the MET Museum in New York. The necklace is known for its distinctive design, symbolizing beauty and cultural heritage, with gold filigree amulets and clusters of pearls and gems.

Interestingly, the same Kaliganthi neckpiece was previously worn by Shloka’s Chachi-saas or mother-in-law, Tina Ambani, at her own wedding. Tina’s bridal attire included a striking red gharchola sari paired with traditional gold jewelry. Her look was completed with glamorous makeup, including flushed cheeks, red lipstick, winged eyeliner, and a traditional bindi. Anil Ambani, Tina’s groom, looked dashing in a white bandghala suit with a golden safa and an exquisite sarpech.

Additionally, at the Shiv-Shakti puja held for Anant and Radhika, Isha Ambani chose a gold Banarasi-style lehenga with a mantra embroidered along the hemline. She paired this with a choli featuring a coin border and accessorized with a temple necklace and a Kaliganthi necklace embellished with various gemstones. Her accessories included matching earrings and bangles, while her makeup was bronze-toned with a bindi, and her hair was styled in a low bun adorned with a red hair accessory, completing her elegant look. The elegant and traditional attire chosen by Isha Ambani for the Shiv-Shakti puja held for Anant and Radhika drew admiration and praise from onlookers.
