Kangana Ranaut’s Bandra Bungalow Listed for Sale at Rs 40 Crore |- Homevior


Since the past few days Kangana Ranaut has been hitting headlines after it was reported that her lavish bungalow in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area is put up for sale. It all began when a real estate firm gave a YouTube tour of Kangana’s luxurious property, stating that it is up for grabs.
ETimes has now got a confirmation about the sale from the brokers who are involved in the transaction of the said property.While Kangana’s team has maintained silence over the queries, the broker involved informed us, “It is true, the bungalow is listed with us for sale.” When quizzed that the asking price being Rs 40 crore, the broker said, “We have listed it at that price.” Interestingly, Kangana Ranaut’s Bandra bungalow has caught the attention of many. “Enquiries have been coming to us and we are trying to filter it,” they added.

This lavish space owned by Kangana Ranaut, houses the office of her production house, Manikarnika Films. From French windows to wooden interiors and personalized spaces – Kangana Ranaut’s property seems like an envious one! This ground plus two bungalow is spread across 3042 sq ft and comes with a 500 sq ft parking. Kangana Ranaut had invested in this property in 2017 and had approached the Bombay High Court in 2020, after the BMC had demolished a portion of the house alleging it was illegal. The actress had sought compensation of Rs 2 crore.
On work front, Kangana will be seen next in ‘Emergency’ where she has essayed the role of Indira Gandhi. The actress has also directed the film. Sharing the poster of the movie in June, the actress wrote – “The Beginning of the 50th Year of Independent India’s Darkest Chapter, Announcing #KanganaRanaut’s #Emergency In Cinemas on 6th September 2024.
