LUCKNOW: Four fresh FIRs were registered against real estate firm Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited, accusing the company and its officials of large-scale cheating, forgery, and land-related fraud at Sushant Golf City police station on Wednesday. So far, 25 FIRs have been registered in the last ten days against the real estate firm.
The cases involve allegations of financial deception, fraudulent property transfers, and intimidation tactics against complainants.
In the first case, Rohit Agarwal, a resident of Vikramaditya Marg, alleged that he paid Rs 1.01 crore in two instalments in February 2021 for a plot in Sector B, Sushant Golf City. Despite receiving an allotment letter, the same plot was allegedly sold to another individual .
The second FIR was lodged by Pankaja Mittal, a resident of Gomtinagar. She said that after purchasing a property in 2014, Ansal officials later shifted her allotted unit from P Block to O Block. Shamsher Bahadur, a resident of Vishal Khand, Gomtinagar, who lodged the third case, claimed that he paid Rs 5.68 lakh in 2010 for a residential plot.
In the fourth case, Jayendra Prasad Mishra alleged that despite paying Rs 11.5 lakh for a 288-square-yard plot in 2010 and Rs 19.46 lakh for a flat in 2011, neither the land nor the flat was handed over.
