NEW DELHI: Indian playback singer and performer Stebin Ben has bought an apartment for Rs 6.67 crore in Mumbai’s Bandra, informed Square Yards in a media release.
The singer acquired a duplex in the Iconic 7 Co-op Housing Society along with his family members Ben Alexander and Jyotsna Ben.
The duplex apartment spans a carpet area of 1,484 sq ft (~137.87 sq m) and a built-up area of ~1,782 sq ft (165.5 sq m).
The transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 40.02 lakh along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The registration for the property was finalized in January 2025, as per Square Yards.
Stebin Ben, has gained recognition for his voice to films like Shimla Mirchi (2020) and Hotel Mumbai (2019), as well as web series like Class of 2017 and Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan.
